Through mindfulness and insight, we will reunite you with those little cracks in the hurdles where light and joy shine through. My insight-oriented and psychodynamic framework, along with a narrative therapy approach, allows us to retell your story, keeping the parts that empower you while reframing any old or stubborn negative biases about your story.

I will meet you where you are, which means that I will respect your process and what you need in order to feel safe and gain ownership and autonomy around the therapeutic experience.
