My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from several evidence-based modalities to meet each unique need. I often utilize CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) to help identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns that influence emotions and behaviors.
My communication style in therapy is clear, direct, and supportive. I believe that being straightforward helps gain a deeper understanding of experiences and the patterns that may be holding back progress. At the same time, I provide space to process and explore with compassion and honesty.
