As an experienced psychotherapist with 20 years of practice, I specialize in trauma healing, holistic therapy, hypnotherapy and client-centered approaches. My commitment to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for my clients has been the foundation of my practice. My therapeutic approach is based on the belief that every individual has the innate capacity to heal and grow.
