Welcome to my practice! I specialize in working with children, adolescents, families and adults. I work hard to create a safe space for you to explore your needs and goals. There are often times when we just can't find the "right" words to describe or process what we are going through. As a registered Play Therapist, EMDR trained provider, and ITCT and TFCBT certified counselor, I help you find a way to express yourself that doesn't rely on words alone.
I utilize a variety of approaches depending on your needs including EMDR, TF-CBT, ITCT, Play Therapy, Theraplay, sand-tray, and a person-centered strengths-based approach to help you process what you are going through as well as develop coping strategies and a sense of forward movement on your personalized goals.
