Hello! My name is Kathryn Carero. I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with three years of clinical experience working with a diverse range of clients. I come from a multi-cultural family and am half Peruvian. I value a caring, supportive, non-judgmental, and collaborative approach to therapy. I strive to empower my clients to utilize the strengths they have to reach their goals, and I welcome feedback throughout therapy. I am social justice oriented and operate from a lens of curiosity and cultural humility. I enjoy working with clients with minority identities, including LGBTQIA+ clients.
Kathryn is a therapist for San Diego based mental healthcare provider Fusion Care Group. Fusion Care Group is changing the way people think about and receive mental health service and support. We offer a welcoming and accepting environment where you can feel calm and comfortable while in our care.
