Most of us desire to live the most meaningful and rewarding life possible. It can be challenging to notice aspects of our life that are unfulfilling or even detrimental, and daunting to figure out what changes to make, even when we know it would be in our best interest. I will support you in this process of defining what you want for your life, and then deciding what changes must happen in order to support your wishes and goals.
I've been a mental health professional for many years, as a counselor educator, and I've written text books about counseling skills, as well as how to use testing and assessment in treatment planning. I base my treatment techniques on a person's stage of readiness to make changes, and we will develop a plan that fits with your goals and needs.
I will strive to help you find what you are seeking in your growth and personal development. We will work together to identify what the highest possible expression of yourself looks like - and then, we will identify manageable changes that support you being the best imaginable version of yourself and your life.
