Are you looking for help navigating emotions related to family stressors, loss, grief, or strain within relationships? Are you a parent struggling to navigate parenting stress, child behaviors, and work? I work with children, adolescents and adults who are having challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss. I can help with learning new ways to cope and understanding how past experiences have led to where you are. I work with each individual to help them reach their full potential. I offer parent coaching to address problem behaviors in the home and work with new parents on navigating life stress and emotions.
I am aware of how on person's behaviors can influence the whole family. I am trained in behavior modification to help parents learn ways to manage and control unwanted behaviors. I am also trained in CBT, play therapy, Family Systems, ESFT and TF-CBT to help address PTSD symptoms. I also have experience working with children and adults with ADHD.
I have a passion for helping individuals learn different ways of coping or ways to better their lives. I enjoy helping the client or their family with learning ways to overcome their challenges to improve their overall mental health. I can help provide strategies to help you as the parent respond rather than react to your child's behavior.
