Yeah, I get it. Life can be hard. Really hard. Stress, anxiety, depression, fear, confusion, doubt, self-hatred, relationship chaos...who wants to feel any of that for a second, much less dig in and REALLY root around in the muck? But here's the thing: that's how the work works. We learn to sit with the discomfort long enough to learn about it, heal, and grow. That's what I'm here for - to be the mirror of your truth and your partner in the process. I'll see you for your best self, meet you where you're at, and together, we'll find a way through. Not to a perfect life (nobody has that), but to more ease in your own skin.
With a background in theater, climate activism, and yoga, I take an eclectic approach using cognitive, somatic, and creative techniques to help you figure out why you're in pain and what to do about it. I work with all kinds of folks, though I'm particularly interested in women's health, relationships, gender and sexuality, and climate anxiety.
I believe it's possible to find joy, meaning, and purpose - even in the face of trauma, stress, and sorrow - and that we all have the potential to grow and transform right up to our very last breath. I will be a fearless champion of your bravest explorations.
