About
I provide therapeutic services to adults, youth, couples, and families, specializing in work with clients who are seeking growth or healing within relationships – both those held with others and with themselves. Much of my work centers on experiences of alienation or conflict within ourselves, our families, and our communities.
Therapy can and should be for everyone, yet there is a degree of fit between the approach and the person. The clients that fit best with my approach are seeking purpose, navigating feelings of uncertainty, and recognize the benefit of examining outward relationships as they reflect on their understanding of self.
My practice integrates a relational/existential focus with evidence-based practices, applying aspects of attachment, inherited trauma, solution-based conflict management, and self-esteem and identity development. Successful therapy highlights resourcefulness within clients, helping them to fully see themselves and the power they hold in shaping their lives.
