Are you feeling challenged by motherhood? As a therapist who specializes in maternal mental health, I help you process and cope with the stress, anxiety, and overwhelm that surfaces during the parenting years. With very little time to process complex feelings, these issues can lead to anxiety, ambivalence, anger, even grief. I give women the space to explore their very real feelings, while fostering confidence in, and compassion for, themselves through this intense season of life.
I have two decades of experience working with mothers as a clinician, group facilitator, and maternal mental health advocate. My background includes specialized training in perinatal (pregnancy and postpartum) mental health. With a style that is both interactive and warm, I welcome your presence and your story, no matter where you find yourself right now.
