I specialize in working with adults navigating eating disorders recovery and with those impacted by eating disorders/diet culture . Over my years in college mental health and private practice, I’ve also developed a passion for helping people through life’s transitions—adjusting to college, starting a career, becoming a parent, empty nesting, or coping with unexpected change such as grief, illness, or relationship loss. I deeply enjoy working with individuals who are helping professionals, addressing women’s issues, working through identity and values exploration, spirituality and faith, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
My approach is relational, collaborative, and grounded in warmth, empathy, and respect. I integrate evidence-based practices and work through a Health at Every Size (HAES) lens to help you understand what’s contributing to your struggles and guide you toward changes that align with your values and goals.
