In addition to traditional talk therapy, I use creative and alternative modalities as healing tools, including expressive and visual arts (i.e. Chakradance, yoga, energy medicine, mandala art etc), clinical hypnotherapy and nature based therapy where clients can connect with the healing energy in nature.
