About
I see individuals who struggle with many issues, including grief recovery, anxiety, depression, stress and behavioral problems, chronic and terminal illness, ADHD and a variety of relational issues. I am a certified Gottman Couples Therapist, and also a qualified supervisor for LLPCs seeking full LPC licensure.
I use evidence-based treatment plans for issues my clients experience. My work with couples is informed by more than 40 years of study done by Dr. John Gottman. These techniques have been proven to help couples with various issues.
