I worked over ten years in college counseling centers, and still enjoy many of the issues that arose there - e.g. identity, achievement, relationships, dreams and goals. I've been in private practice for over ten years now as well, and work mainly with adults, although I'm often asked if I work with children because of the sand trays and toys in my office. Although I use a variety of approaches to counseling, I have some specialized training in couples counseling (Imago therapy) and trauma (EMDR).
