I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Resident with 1 year of experience, specializing in helping individuals navigate anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, grief, childhood and sexual trauma, life changes, identity conflicts, and religion. I enjoy working with older adolescents and young adults to explore the roots of their issues. While I am most familiar with counseling female clients, I welcome individuals of all genders. I received my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, solution-focused therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I also offer Christian counseling for those seeking a faith-based approach.
