I am a client-centered Independent Clinical Social Worker committed to helping individuals and couples grow in authentic ways by gently guiding and warmly challenging them. I have worked in a variety of therapeutic settings with clients struggling with many types issues; including anxiety, depression, loss, financial issues, life transitions and relationship problems. My approach is eclectic, individualized and influenced by my experience with humanistic therapy.
