It's common to often feel isolated and misunderstood. Have you ever experienced an emotional disconnect that you couldn't quite understand? Throughout our lifetime we experience concepts such as trauma, shame and marginalization that affect our mind as well as our bodies. My goal is to help you uncover these underlying wounds by gaining awareness of the connection between the mind and physical sensations of the body. Through a collaborative approach, let's empower you by exploring the origins of these wounds for a more peaceful life experience. Today you have made the first step in healing your painful past for a healthier future.

I like to take an approach that integrates trauma-focused cognitive behavior therapy, somatic experiencing, attachment theory and psychodynamic theories with individuals, couples and families. Using these concepts I will help you implement mindfulness, grounding, nervous system awareness, and positive coping skills to calm inner stress.
It shouldn't be difficult to access affordable and culturally inclusive mental health resources. I'm passionate about understanding the mental and emotional needs of individuals and families who are in need of this support. Together we can create a plan to develop adaptive coping strategies tailored to fit your personal goals.
