I am happy that you have made the choice to start on your journey with your mental health. This can be a confusing process, which I would like to help make easier. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and other Trauma. I take a client-centered collaborative approach to therapy, encouraging you to discuss your needs and goals. I use aspects of play therapy, CBT, Narrative, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I tailor your sessions to fit your needs and encourage your growth. Together, we will identify your challenges and work on strategies to help you move forward with confidence.
