About
Living in a pandemic has been challenging. A lot of old feelings that we have gotten pretty good at avoiding have been harder to dismiss, and this current way of coping may feel less manageable. You may find yourself facing new challenges, or your emotional wellbeing and/or relationships are struggling. While these past few years in particular have been hard, now can also be an ideal time to start or restart psychotherapy. Change is happening on a large scale around us, and we are presented with a great opportunity to move with that change.
As a specialist in the treatment of depression, anxiety, ADHD and trauma, my approach is rooted in warmth and acceptance. I provide a safe and supportive space for clients to be themselves and help them work toward acknowledging and navigating their emotional experience.
I take a stance of curiosity and aim to help folks regain a sense of who they are through a non-judgemental lens. I believe that deep down, everyone has the answer they are looking for; it’s about working with the right person to help you uncover it. Sound like we could be a good fit?
