I help adults, tweens and teens who struggle with anxiety, depression, traumatic stress, and life transitions. I will help you get un-stuck and change the trajectory of your life path to one of exciting self-discovery and growth. I love to celebrate progress with my clients!
It’s a tough time to be a kid. I provide a caring and safe environment for young people to explore underlying feelings which may be creating symptoms of anxiety or depression. I will make recommendations to you as a parent regarding ways you might change the child or adolescent’s environment to help reach his or her therapeutic goals,
