I offer therapy for individuals, and couples. I draw from a rich toolbox of evidence-based approaches, including Internal Family Systems and Acceptance Commitment Therapy. I’ll walk beside you as we gently untangle what no longer serves you and make space for growth, healing, and meaningful change.
When top-down and bottom-up approaches work together, therapy becomes even more effective—engaging both insight and the body’s capacity to heal. The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is a listening therapy based on cutting edge neuroscience to calm the body, balance the nervous system, and support lasting change.
