My practice helps parents and caregivers of all kinds handle the overwhelm, by providing resources and evidence-based guidance to get through your every day. As a former medical social worker, I have a unique lens and process to support Maternal mental health, persons with health conditions and caregivers. The therapy room is a safe place to explore and process "the good, the bad and the ugly." We will look at resources that may be of help and explore different approaches to find what fits best for you and your family.
I also enjoy working with teens and young adults challenged with anxiety, life stress, ADHD & emotional wellness.
I provide trauma treatment through brainspotting and other therapeutic approaches. When dealing with maternal mental health concerns and stressors, we will build on your strengths and work through a trauma informed, therapeutic process. As a caregiver you may have multiple stressors and grief processes that we can work through.
Mental Health Care is Essential Health Care! As a parent and a sister of a disabled adult I truly get the every day struggles. We are all humans and are not ment to do this alone. I look forward to helping you reach your most optimal self and life. You can do hard things!
