I enjoy helping clients heal from their past, while realizing the power that they have within their own life in the present.
In therapy, we will explore & identify the current barriers in your mind, your emotional space, and your life practically. I specialize in helping clients reckon with trauma, manage anxiety, and make life changes from the inside out. My clients experience greater self-awareness, feelings of self-mastery, self-esteem, and life satisfaction in general.
