In Practice for 11 years

I began practicing in 2015 working with at-risk children, adolescents, and their caregivers. I then moved to working in outpatient with adults 18yo-70yo, and with children 5yo-17yo along with their parents. I am Level 2 trained in IFS and am a certified IFS therapist with the IFS institute.

We may use meditations, somatic work, and other experiential interventions to help you get to know your parts so that you can confidently and calmly reach your goals. I also use CBT and EMDR with IFS.
