With a variety of client centered supports, we work with you by listening carefully to your concerns and issues, and offering reflection through talk support. We might consider some writing exercises or worksheets to help illustrate examples of how to think through issues. Some programming may include guiding clients through 12 weeks of health coaching.
Whether you are beginning therapy, continuing therapy, we would be happy to talk with you to learn best how to support you and your wellness goals. We offer flexible scheduling of appointments.
