My therapeutic approach centers around establishing a trusting and collaborative environment for clients to navigate their challenges. I am dedicated to providing a warm, inviting, and non-judgmental space, empowering individuals to confront obstacles and find peace and balance in their lives.
I have experience working with adults coping with life stressors, adjustment to parenthood, recent medical diagnoses, anxiety, depression, OCD and trauma. My clinical training includes work in hospital settings, addiction research, and outpatient work. I have completed the International OCD Foundation's BTTI training for use of ERP with OCD diagnoses.
I offer individual therapy to adults and provide clinical supervision to licensed therapists through telehealth, combining a commitment to direct client care with supporting the professional development of fellow therapists.
