My focus is helping Adults of an Alcoholic Parent uncover the influence it has had on their lives. How the past continues to play a role in their current relationships, among other areas. I use Trauma Informed Care, Person-Centered, Strengths-based approaches and the CBT model. Together we can identify, and change dysfunctional thinking and behaviors.
