Changing your thoughts and behaviors while feeling more stable overall is where I can start to help you (using CBT and DBT therapies). I use EMDR with chronic pain and other health issues to help reduce the underlying triggers/traumas that can make those issues worse. All of these ways are designed to help you feel better, faster.
In my years of specializing in CBT, DBT and EMDR, I have helped people with a wide range of obstacles to overcome. (I teach these to therapists looking for EMDR consultation, too!)
