I do video/online counseling. My experience has included work with individuals, couples and families in a clinic setting I have experience working with issues such as depression, anxiety, stress management, trauma, relationship issues, infidelity, anger management, ADHD, and PTSD.
My therapy style is collaborative, warm and I like to use a little bit of humor. I use many techniques and interventions that I feel will benefit each person I see. I have been influenced by Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Solution Focused, Strategic, Humanistic and the Virginia Satir model.
It takes courage to explore a more fulfilling life and begin the process of change. I would like to be there with you along this journey of discovery to provide the support you need to have the life you desire.
