Therapy is a collaborative process that will give you a space to feel heard and supported. I'm trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
I approach each person individually and believe that change comes with understanding symptoms, developing self-awareness, and strengthening coping skills. I treasure the space I work in and provide an environment where clients can feel trusting and safe; my intent is to help them live a better quality of life.
