Life can be so overwhelming, and choosing a therapist just seems to add to the chaos. You need a place to process. Plan. Think things through. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and my heart is to strengthen families, even during divorce or separation. My motto is my philosophy: Plant Hope. Grow Grace. Reap Peace.
For 20 years I’ve worked with children aged 5-18 who are neurodivergent (autism spectrum, ADHD) using Social Thinking and some Sandtray techniques. For parents of Oppositional and Behavior Disordered Children, I lean on the research from “Helping the Noncompliant Child”. I use the evidence based “Gottman Method” for marital and couples therapy.
