I believe in a holistic approach combining the mind, body, & spirit to help my clients achieve & maintain balance. I have worked in EAP, conducted seminars on stress, resiliency, etc. + managed wellness fairs. My other clinical experience includes working in probation for court ordered treatment w/ individuals to address mental health concerns, trauma work, substance abuse issues, & work closely w/ diverse populations in a board range of crisis situations. I have also worked in a hospital behavioral health unit, in a psychiatric clinic, & in a trauma recovery center.
I help individuals & couples build effective skills for resolving issues/improving communication/providing practical knowledge, education, & skills necessary to manage stress/anxiety to help negotiate change to lead better lives. I am a member of NASW, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, & previously taught as an Adjunct Professor at Aurora University.
