The depression, anxiety, panic and relationship issues we experience are often signals that we need to stop and explore new ways of managing or new ways of thinking. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor I own True Compass Counseling, LLC. We work with children, teens and adults, using traditional talk therapy, cognitive behavioral techniques, and plenty of fun and creativity. Children learn new skills for success, teens gain self confidence and adults find fulfillment for themselves and their families.
