I have over 10 years of experience supporting clients experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief, and depression. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, am certified in Interpersonal Neurobiology, & have worked in probation, a hospital behavioral health unit, a psychiatric clinic, & a Trauma Recovery Center
I work primarily using CBT, DBT, & am trained in EMDR.
