As a former Division 1 college athlete, I also understand the unique demands and pressures placed upon athletes and love to work with athletes and clients with high demand professions and lifestyles.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) methods. But above all I am flexible in my approach, working with clients to figure out what will be most effective to helping them reach their goals.
