All of us have moments when we struggle with difficult relationships and environments. Sometimes we can manage on our own, but other times these struggles seem to point to larger issues and concerns. It's in these more difficult moments that we tend to reach for help in developing a deeper understanding of ourselves and new approaches to our daily lives. Many of my clients are women experiencing challenges with fertility, family-building, pregnancy, the postpartum and working motherhood. Students seek me out when they have anxiety and uncertainty about their pathways.
I also provide support to couples at all stages of their relationship for concerns including making the leap to commitment, navigating early marriage, transitioning to parenthood and adapting to the changes that are part of family life/long term relationship.
