I work with women, men, and teens as they navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, burnout, relationship concerns, and other life stressors.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel stable, understood, and empowered. My personal style is open and direct, and often infused with humor, because laughter is an important part of healing.
I believe that safe, authentic relationships are transformative in the therapy space. I take great care to build that relationship, understand you as a whole person, and listen deeply, with curiosity and without judgment. I draw from a range of modalities to meet your unique needs, adjusting course as needed during our work together.
