I specialize in individual therapy and primarily work with clients living with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and those struggling with grief/loss, life transitions, relationship issues, stress, and trauma.
I collaborate with my clients to support them through life’s challenges. I take pride in creating a therapeutic environment for safe communication, growth, and healing. I understand and value the importance of individualizing my work to center around each client’s specific needs.
