I am a holistic-focused, neuro-biologically informed, LPC, Marriage & Family Therapist, and Registered Art Therapist. I utilize a flexible, creative, educational, and compassionate approach in sessions, as well as providing EMDR for PTSD treatment.
I enjoy working with adults, couples, teens and children. EMDR is highly effective for all ages in treating PTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction, self-harm and other compulsive behaviors. I am also trained in DBT, CBT, Play Therapy and see children ages 8+, as well as providing ADHD assessment, parent coaching, and meditation training.
