I enjoy working with adults who are ready and willing to work on issues that stand in their way of being content in their lives. I work with individuals who are often dealing with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, medical issues, relationship problems, work or school difficulties, grief, loss and/or change. If you would like things to be different in your life and are ready to see if we can work together, please give me a call.
I use a variety of treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral, Psychodynamic, Relational, and stress management tools in my practice. Additionally, I feel it is important to look at the whole person from a bio-psychosocial perspective and to understand how each may be impacting or affecting the person.
I attended UCSB for my undergraduate studies and UCLA for graduate school. In addition to my regular clients, I am a provider for students at UCSB and have worked in many diverse settings including the V.A. Medical Center, LAC/USC Medical Center, Prototypes for women and children with HIV and in private practice.
