I work with people who are curious about their story, motivated for change, and ready to heal in a way that feels real and sustainable. I am certified in EMDR therapy and have extensive trauma training, including attachment trauma in children and teens. I worked in an LGBTQIA+ mental health facility for over 7 years, and I’m also part of the queer community. I offer an affirming, compassionate space for queer and trans clients and the people who love them.
I became a therapist later in life, and that path gives me a deep respect for reinvention, resilience, and the courage it takes to begin again. My heart is especially with the queer community and those who love them. And yes—Daisy Joy, my therapy dog, is part of the team.
