Navigating through life has many challenges and it is easy to get lost along the way. It's common to fall into a cycle of overthinking, fearing failure and drowning in memories that keep us stuck in the past. But you are not alone! I specialize in treating attachment wounds, trauma, anxiety, depression and interpersonal conflicts. My therapeutic style combines evidence based practices (such as CBT, TF-CBT, EMDR) with holistic mind-body techniques to achieve life long wellness.
Outside my private practice I am a school based mental health therapist and dog mom to two therapy dogs, Murphy and Bentley . I love the outdoors and am passionate about bringing nutrition and holistic wellness to my life and practice.
