Ultimately, my goal is to help my clients understand themselves more deeply and feel more emotionally free in their lives.
I believe in a holistic approach, working collaboratively with my clients to find a style that works best for them. I specialize in addiction and trauma, and approach my work in a relational and psychodnamic way while also using Brainspotting, resilience building, CBT/DBT skill building, CBTi for insomnia, 12-step integration, and IFS parts work.
