Throughout the past ten years, I have been working with adolescents and adults in a variety of setting.
I believe in the personal power that each individual has and their ability to make positive life changes Helping people find that power and clarity is my primary focus while working with each client.
My areas of specialty include; Depression, Postpartum Depression, anxiety, grief and grief associated with the loss of a child, pregnancy after a loss, parenting issues and self-esteem/body image issues.
