About
I am a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in a cognitive behavioral approach. My ideal client ranges from adolescence through adulthood. The issues I am best suited to treat are anxiety, drug abuse, depression and gender identity. I also have an extensive background in Special education for those students with learning or behavioral disabilities.
My specialties include, but are not limited to psychotherapy, interventions, coping with grief, brief therapy and addiction/abuse. I also have an extensive background in regular and special education.
My practice includes office visits or in-home counseling. I offer afternoon, evening and weekend hours September through June, and more flexible hours during July and August. Your initial visit will include an intake, assessment and a plan of action.
