I specialize in working with older adults and their caregivers (particularly with a dementia diagnosis), I also have a wealth of experience in working with individuals challenged with such issues as depression, anxiety, bereavement, sexual abuse, retirement, life transitions and end of life issues.
I am skilled in individual and family counseling and utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy, inner child work with a family systems approach. My goal in working with individuals, couples and families is to create a safe place where self exploration can occur and positive and lasting change will be obtained.

Surviving A Loss bereavement group to begin April
A 6 wk. Bereavement group to begin in April on Thursday evenings 6:30-8:30pm. The goal is for participants to learn to live life to one's potential while reverencing and remembering a loved one. Cost is $20.00 a session but insurance can be an option. Group is in person with a virtual option. Please contact me to register.
