So many people go through life surviving and not living when trying to balance children, partners, school, and work. As a psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience, I will use humor and genuine curiosity to help you explore your emotional needs and increase joy, peace, and life satisfaction. We will discover new ways to think, feel, and relate to others to diminish discomfort and build resiliency against symptoms of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, shame, relationship issues, and phase of life issues. You deserve the life you want!
My work goes at your pace and together we will develop a tailor-made treatment plan, using an eclectic blend of evidenced based treatments that may include parts work/ Internal Family Systems, attachment work, relationship-based therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative, EMDR, mindfulness, and / or psychodynamic approaches.
Sometimes life feels harder than we expected. During those times, your coping skills may need a tune up or you may need a view from a different angle. Therapy is an effective place to accomplish this. Healing comes through connection, so join me in my office, where none of us is perfect, to be honest and messy together.
