Hello. I'm Kathleen Ledbetter and offer my services with the benefit of having helped many others during 20 years of counseling. If your problems concern relationships,grief or loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, personal challenges or divorce, I welcome you. If we meet, we can talk and probably change things around so that you can see more possibilities for your future. An important part of the process is recognizing your own inner wisdom and resources. Then, I would like to work with you, as you practice using your abilities and resources to deal with your challenges.
I first listen carefully to my client's story- use reframing, stress management, cognitive-behavioral, guided imagery and mindfulness exercises. EMDR and NLP for trauma, fears and
depression. I teach Imago and Adlerian relationship skills for healthy reconnection.Work/life balance and enhancing creativity help us "thrive" in a hectic world!

The group provides a safe environment among peers to learn to accept and process the loss of a family member or friend. Stress regulation,guided imagery,art therapy,written exercises, drama, and psychoeducational materials on grief are provided.
