Hello and welcome. Are you finding yourself struggling to move past a significant event, making you feel stuck? Working through anxiety, depression, anger, or intrusive thoughts? My method is welcoming, collaborative, trauma-informed care to allow each person the ability to confront their difficult experiences, emotions, or life choices in a safe environment.
