I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides psychotherapy for adults and couples. My work is about helping a client discover their authentic voice and to create a life for themselves filled with purpose, joy, and fulfillment.
Treatment is interactive and caring as a client explores those feelings. thoughts, and behaviors that no longer serve them but persist in keeping them unhappy.
I utilize a multi-disciplinary approach to nurture a client's self-discovery, awareness, and confidence.
Although I specialize in recovery from all forms of addictions: eating disorders, substance abuse, money and relationships, my practice also includes depression, anxiety, self image, and issues with intimacy. I use an insight oriented approach which allows one to explore those feelings and self-concepts, that are blocking one from experiencing fulfillment and freedom.
My practice is designed to fit an individual's needs and specific goals within a supportive, non-judgemental environment.
