Most of my clients come to me to process some kind of trauma. You might have just gotten out of a bad relationship, lost someone or something important to you, or you might be ready to unpack the difficult parts of your childhood. Often anxiety and depression are secondary symptoms that stem from our toughest times or how we coped with them the best we were able to. Better understanding of these events and learning new tools can lead to lasting and meaningful change. As a marriage and family therapist, I can help you identify patterns in how you interact with others and help you build healthier and more positive relationships.
I specialize in Trauma, Grief, & Narcissistic Abuse Recovery. I am trained in Brainspotting, somatic work, & parts work. I also use CBT, Narrative therapy, & Psychodynamic methods. With couples, I utilize Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy to address attachment styles and strengthen emotional bonds. I work often with neurodivergence and other clinicians.
My passion for therapy comes from my belief that it is a unique way to transform my lived experience into meaningful and positive work and it helps me provide you a warm and grounded space to explore. I will sit with you in the tough places and help you build your toolkit or reprocess trauma. Reach out for a free consultation to see if we are a good match.

I work with clients primarily on grief, trauma, C-PTSD, and Narcissistic Abuse Recovery. I find the most lasting and meaningful change comes from exploring our upbringing and history to identify maladaptive coping mechanisms, negative thought patterns, & unprocessed pain. My clients report that finding those sore, stuck spots and addressing them creates lightness, freedom, & new possibilities.

I work primarily through a psychodynamic lens because I believe addressing our childhoods is powerful work. I treat negative thought patterns with CBT, Narrative Therapy, Existential therapy, and parts work. When a client wants to reprocess trauma, I use Brainspotting (Phase II trained) and somatic reprocessing (TRM). With couples, I use EFCT to repair attachment wounds & increase connection.
